Company Merger

Meditera Ithalat ve Ihracat A.Ş. with all its rights and obligations and pursuant to Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the Corporate Income Tax Act No. 5520 and 136 and the associated articles of the Turkish Commercial Code has been merged into Meditera Tıbbi Malzeme Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The registration process took place on 09/30/2020 and was published in the Trade Registry Gazette.
