Our Application Process

Our Recruitment Process

As our assessment practices, we use tools that vary according to the relevant position. These tools are;

Medonboard

We include our employees in our recruitment program called "Medonboard". The aim of this program is to provide new employees with a more comfortable and enjoyable orientation and learning experience, and to enable them to work with maximum efficiency and contribute to our company as soon as possible.

Medonboard is a program specially designed for all new white-collar employees. The process begins as soon as the candidate accepts the offer. It is very important that the manager of the new employee is in the company on the first day and that the other colleagues are informed about him beforehand for the person to meet the working team. The support team, assistant friend, mentor and the relevant employees in the company introduction program are informed about the process. The new employee is informed about the Medonboard process by Human Resources on the first day. Brochures and Medonboard forms describing the Medonboard process are provided.
